We reserve the right to terminate your participation in our programs if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that we determine to be inappropriate or potentially harmful to yourself or other participants.

Health and Safety Considerations

Participation in physical activities, including yoga and wellness programs, involves inherent risks and potential for physical exertion that may be challenging for some individuals. You acknowledge and accept these risks when you choose to participate in our services.

You must consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or wellness program, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions, physical limitations, or concerns about your ability to safely participate. This consultation is particularly important for seniors who may have age-related health considerations.

Our instructors are not licensed medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. While our programs are designed to be safe and appropriate for seniors, we cannot guarantee that participation will be suitable for every individual's specific health circumstances.

You agree to listen to your body and stop any activity that causes pain, discomfort, or concern. You understand that yoga and wellness practices should never cause pain, and you commit to practicing mindfully and within your personal limitations.

In case of any medical emergency during our programs, we will seek appropriate medical assistance, but you acknowledge that we are not responsible for providing medical care or treatment beyond basic first aid measures.

Payment Terms and Policies

All fees for our services are due at the time of registration unless alternative payment arrangements have been specifically agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment and will clearly communicate the total cost of services before you complete your enrollment.

Program fees are non-refundable except in cases where we cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If you must withdraw from a program due to medical reasons, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis with appropriate medical documentation.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect programs or services for which you have already registered and paid. Any promotional pricing or discounts are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each offer.

If payment is not received according to the agreed terms, we reserve the right to suspend your access to services until payment is resolved. Late fees may apply to overdue accounts according to our standard policies.

For ongoing or subscription-based services, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel recurring payments at any time with appropriate notice as specified in your service agreement.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or the services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action, or proceeding.

Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage parties to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation and discussion. Many issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

If formal dispute resolution becomes necessary, both parties agree to participate in mediation or arbitration as may be required by applicable law or as mutually agreed upon.
